Delivery & Payment

Termojet heat pump delivery and payment terms across Ukraine. Pickup, Nova Poshta, own delivery.

We deliver heat pumps across Ukraine — safely, quickly and with a guarantee.

Free delivery by our own transport is available for Kyiv region and adjacent areas on orders of UAH 50,000 or more — subject to driver availability. Date and time are agreed with a manager.

Delivery Methods

  • Courier Delivery across Ukraine Door-to-door delivery across Ukraine. Carrier: Nova Poshta. Lead time: 3 days from order confirmation. Cost — from UAH 1,000 depending on weight and dimensions (carrier's rates apply).
  • Nova Poshta Delivery to a branch or parcel locker across Ukraine. Lead time: 1–3 business days depending on the region. Cost — from UAH 1,000 depending on weight and dimensions (carrier's rates apply).
  • Own Delivery For Kyiv region and adjacent areas we offer delivery by our own transport. Date and time are agreed with a manager individually.
  • Self-pickup You can collect your order from our warehouse at: Kyiv, Sofiivska Borshchahivka, Kyivska St., 3. Warehouse hours: Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00, Sat 10:00–15:00.

Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer Payment to the company's bank account including VAT. Invoices are issued for legal entities and sole traders. Dispatch after funds are received.
  • Prepayment For custom configurations or made-to-order items — 50% prepayment. The balance is paid before dispatch.

Important Notes

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed on the same day.
  • All prices are in UAH including 20% VAT.
  • Check the packaging for damage in the presence of the courier upon receipt.
  • If damaged — file a report with the carrier and photograph the damage.
  • International shipping is calculated individually — contact a manager.
