• What warranty do Termojet heat pumps come with?

  All equipment comes with an official 3-year warranty, including the compressor. Free technician visit for warranty cases anywhere in Ukraine.

• Does the heat pump work at -20°C frost?

  Yes. The Sunglow and Hi-Master series on R290 refrigerant work reliably down to -25°C thanks to EVI compressor technology. Other series operate to -15°C or -20°C.

• How much does heat pump installation cost?

  Installation cost depends on system complexity and region. On average — from UAH 15,000 to 45,000. Our certified partners will provide an exact estimate after inspecting your property.

• What is COP and why does it matter?

  COP (Coefficient of Performance) measures efficiency. COP 5 means: 1 kW of electricity → 5 kW of heat. Higher COP = lower electricity bills. Our pumps reach COP up to 5.1.

• Can I connect a heat pump to existing heating?

  Yes. A heat pump can be connected to existing radiators, underfloor heating, or fan coils. Our specialist will find the optimal configuration and calculate the required parameters.

• What is the payback period for a heat pump?

  Typically 4–7 years depending on electricity and alternative fuel costs. When switching from a gas boiler — up to 5 years; from electric heaters — 2–4 years.

• Does a heat pump need maintenance?
