We comply with all provisions of the Ukrainian Law on Consumer Protection.

Returns of Undamaged Goods

Under Ukrainian law, you have the right to return an undamaged product within 14 calendar days of receipt if it does not suit you in shape, dimensions, style, colour or configuration.

• The product has not been used — original appearance, seals and labels intact.
• Original packaging and all accessories are present.
• Proof of purchase is available (invoice, receipt).
• Technically complex goods (heat pumps) are accepted back only with no signs of installation or connection.

Non-returnable: goods manufactured to individual customer specifications.

Non-Returnable Goods

• Equipment manufactured to individual order or non-standard specifications.
• Goods showing signs of installation, connection to a system, or that have been in use.
• Equipment with a broken factory seal where no warranty case applies.
• Consumables (filters, refrigerant, seals) after the packaging has been opened.
• Software and electronic licences after activation.

Exchange of Goods

If the purchased product does not suit the technical specifications, you may exchange it within 14 calendar days for another product from our range. Any price difference is refunded to or paid by the buyer.

Legal Basis

All return and exchange terms are governed by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" (Article 9) and the Civil Code of Ukraine. We undertake to comply with all applicable legal requirements and guarantee the protection of your rights as a buyer.

Refund Timelines

• Bank transfer up to 5–7 business days after return confirmation

Warranty Exchange & Repair

Warranty service is provided in accordance with the warranty card included with every product. Warranty period — 3 years from the commissioning date.

• Warranty Repair Free repair or replacement of defective components within the warranty period. Service engineer visit in Kyiv region — free of charge; other regions — by arrangement.
• Warranty Exchange If the equipment cannot be repaired or a fault recurs, we replace it with an identical or equivalent product.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper installation or connection by a third party.
• Mechanical damage and damage due to natural disasters.
• Consequences of using the equipment for unintended purposes.
• Normal wear of filters, seals and other consumables.

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact Us Call or message us, providing your order number and reason for return.
• Receive Confirmation A manager will confirm the return terms and provide packaging and shipping instructions.
• Ship the Product Pack the product in the original packaging and ship it to our warehouse: Nova Poshta, Vyshneve, Warehouse #1. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense (except warranty cases).
• Receive Your Refund After inspecting the product, we issue a refund within 7 business days to your bank account.
