On 27 July we presented Termojet products at our partners in the Republic of Moldova — Cazan.md. It was a large-scale event: more than a hundred professionals from Moldova and Romania came to see our equipment first-hand, ask questions and discuss real projects.
What we showed
The main topic was the Termojet flow distribution system: everything between the heat source and the consumers that makes sure heat gets where it is needed. Attendees could examine and handle every product group on the stands and the demo table.
Hydraulic separators and manifolds
The demo table featured hydraulic separators and distribution manifolds in our branded insulation. Manifolds come in 60, 105 and 175 kW capacities, while manifolds with an integrated hydraulic separator bring boiler-room distribution into one compact unit. For large sites there is the Termojet Mega series of up to 2200 kW.
Pump groups and circulation pumps
Pump groups are ready-made units with mixing and thermostatic control for radiator and underfloor circuits: the installer gets an assembled unit instead of a dozen separate parts. A separate stand showed circulation pumps for heating systems, underfloor heating and boiler units.
Valves and separators
3- and 4-way rotary and thermostatic valves with electric actuators mix circuit temperatures precisely. Brass air and dirt separators clean the heating water and protect the heat exchangers of a boiler or heat pump.
Underfloor heating and zone control
A dedicated demo board brought together an underfloor heating system — a manifold with a mixing unit — and thermostats and wiring centres for zone control, so every room gets its own temperature.
Equipment for heat pump systems
The same equipment is the basis of proper piping for a heat pump: a hydraulic separator decouples the heat pump circuit from the consumer circuits, and separators protect its heat exchanger.
